Salesforce Technical Manager
to take true ownership of our
cmlending
product.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead the engineering, architecture, and delivery of a sophisticated ISV/OEM solution.
What you’ll do:
✅ Own the architecture for loan origination & compliance modules.
✅ Lead 2GP managed package development and Salesforce Security Reviews.
✅ Mentor a high-performing team of developers.
ISV/OEM Product Excellence
2GP Leadership:
Managing managed packages, versioning, and dependencies.
Tooling:
Hands-on with Salesforce CLI, Scratch Orgs, and CI/CD.
Compliance:
Driving readiness for Salesforce Security Reviews.
What we’re looking for:
Experience:
8+ years in Salesforce, with significant ISV/OEM exposure.
