Salesforce Testing Lead

Job Overview

• Strong foundational knowledge on End to end CRM and ERP system functions and processes
• Has the ability to explain an E2E flow linking to the apps/modules they were involved with
• Good at identifying testing gaps, create, and update test cases and test cycles
• Good at Test execution, results documentation and understanding of SIT, E2E, UAT
• Communicate issues from test cycles early to help raise the risks
• Good experience working with business leads and QA leadership to help achieve test coverage
• Has the ability to explain their project/customer's business and process
• Understanding of Salesforce for customer management and tickets/cases processing
• Oracle cloud ERP experience and Oracle Cloud Integration knowledge
• Willing to work and learn E2E applications/modules besides their primary area of expertise
• Good experience with test management tools, Jira/Zephyr preferred
