Job Description

As a Salesman, your primary role will be to drive sales and build strong relationships with customers. You’ll be responsible for understanding their needs, recommending suitable products/services, and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish.


Responsibilities:



Actively approach and engage with potential customers



Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments



Understand customer needs and provide accurate information



Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, networking, and in-person visits



Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics



Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally



Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and reports



Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends



Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales or a related customer-facing role


Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills



Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven



Ability to work independently and as part of a team



Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices



High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus



Proficiency in English
