Responsibilities


  • Key Responsibilities

    The role provides overall support in the following areas:

    Deal Management

    Support the end-to-end deal lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.Assist with deal reviews, approvals, and coordination with cross‑functional teams.

    Order Management

    Manage quote-to-order processes, ensuring orders are entered, tracked, and fulfilled accurately.Resolve order-related issues and discrepancies in a timely manner.

    Inventory Management

    Monitor inventory levels to support customer demand and order fulfillment.Coordinate with internal teams to address inventory constraints or allocation issues.

    Process Improvement Initiatives

    Participate in and support continuous process improvement initiatives.Identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements to Sales Operations workflows.

    Business Development Support

    Provide operational and analytical support for the KRS Business Development Team.Assist with reporting, forecasting, and data analysis as needed.

    Cross-Functional Coordination

    Work closely with the Keysight Business Center on issues related to Quote and Order Management.Act as a liaison to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution across teams.

  • Qualifications


    Required Qualifications

  • Education

    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Sales Operations / Business Operations Experience

    2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, Deal Desk, Business Operations, or a similar role.Hands-on experience supporting deal management, quote-to-order, and order fulfillment processes.
  • Systems & Tools

    Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft suite for reporting, analysis, and communication.
  • Process & Analytical Skills

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.Experience participating in or supporting process improvement initiatives within a sales or operations environment.High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and process compliance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams including Sales, Business Development, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.Experience coordinating with shared service centers or business support organizations (e.g., Business Centers).
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills

    Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to communicate clearly with internal stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
