Role Description

The Salesperson role at Medihelp Healthcare - India is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi. The responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and promoting the company's medical device products. This role involves actively pitching products, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and preparing sales reports. Additionally, the Salesperson will stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications
  • Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to present medical devices effectively and close deals
  • Customer relationship management skills and a proven ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
  • Knowledge of medical devices or healthcare industry products is preferred
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Familiarity with sales CRM tools and proficiency in basic computer applications
  • Willingness to work on-site in Delhi and travel locally as needed for client meetings
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
