Sales/Revenue Operations Manager

Your mission

• Administer and develop the GTM tech stack, includingCRM, CPQ, workflows, dashboards, integrations, and data accuracy
• Provide operational support toNorthern Europe sales teams, including:
  • Targeting prospecting activities with data driven ICP
  • Partner management
  • Quote and contractingsupport
  • Sales onboarding coordination
• Ownourmaster dataincluding customers, partners, prospects, contacts,campaignswith continuous emphasis on improving data hygiene
• Supportlead and deal pipeline management, including pipeline reviews and forecasting cadence
• Identify workflow inefficiencies andexecute process improvementsacross allrevenue flows
• Act as a key partner to Sales, Finance, and other GTM stakeholders to ensure smooth commercial operations

Your profile

• At leastBachelordegree
• 1-3years of experience insales,customer success,operations,analyst ora similar role in a SaaS or technology company
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Englishand one of the following:
• Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and enjoy taking a hands-on approach to our operations
• Understanding ofTech/SaaS-businessand motivation to manage technologiessupporting our GTM (including CRM, CPQ, marketing and BI-tools)
• Able to workatleast part-timeon-site ata Matrix42Espoo orStockholm offices
