We are looking for an experienced Salon Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our premium unisex salon NOWMI in OMR branch. You will ensure exceptional guest experience, smooth workflow, disciplined hygiene standards, revenue performance, and billing closure — while building a motivated, accountable team culture.


This is a hands-on leadership role on the salon floor — ideal for someone who understands service environments, customer needs, and team dynamics.

1) Front Desk & Guest Experience

Manage walk-ins and appointments


Control queue flow and waiting time


Coordinate peak-hour operations


Handle escalations professionally


Maintain high brand standards
