You will ensure exceptional guest experience, smooth workflow, disciplined hygiene standards, revenue performance, and billing closure — while building a motivated, accountable team culture.
This is a hands-on leadership role on the salon floor — ideal for someone who understands service environments, customer needs, and team dynamics.
