Are you looking to grow into your full potential at Great Clips? Gateway Clippers is looking for stylist leaders who drive a culture of kindness, caring, and respect in our salons. With Gateway's MIT Management Training Program we develop and train our stylists to grow into a successful management position after completing the leadership development program. We offer Health, Dental, and Vision, Insurance, Aflac, 401k and more! Must have a current valid cosmetology or barber license. Our pay structure allows our stylists to average $20-$40 an hour with bonus incentives, base wage and tips.
