Job Description
- Greet and assist visitors and clients with a positive and professional attitude
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries effectively
- Communicate fluently in Gujarati, English, and Hindi – speaking, reading, and understanding
- Manage front office activities including appointment scheduling, visitor logs, and correspondence
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Coordinate with internal departments and provide administrative support as needed
- Represent the organization in a courteous and confident manner
