SAM (Software Asset Management) Professional

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy and integrity of software asset data within the asset repository
• Reconcile software asset records with multiple data sources and investigate discrepancies
• Assist in maintaining software models and lifecycle information
• Support creation, maintenance, and allocation of software entitlement records
• Track purchased, consumed, and available software licenses and usage rights
• Support vendor audit preparation and response activities
• Assist with software compliance reviews and optimization for renewals and new purchases
• Contribute to the documentation and improvement of SAM processes and procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams to support effective software asset governance

Experience & Knowledge

• 3+ years of experience in Software Asset Management, software licensing, or software contracting
