About the Role The ALS Environmental Division in Smithfield are seeking a highly organized Sample Receipt Officer to be the first point of contact in our busy lab. In this role, you'll be responsible for receiving, sorting, and registering samples, liaising with clients, and ensuring smooth sample distribution.You'll also handle phone and email inquiries while maintaining accurate records. Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, great communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset. TAFE or university qualifications are a plus but not essential.
