Position Overview

We are looking for a Samples Coordinator to take ownership of managing frozen food samples from receipt to delivery. You will ensure samples are handled efficiently, accurately, and safely, while supporting internal teams and maintaining smooth office operations. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing hands-on coordination with front desk and administrative tasks.
