**Responsibilities**
+ Operate sanders, sandblasters, and other machinery to prepare surfaces for finishing.
+ Identify and correct surface defects without damaging parts.
+ Grind, sand, clean, or polish objects or parts using hand tools and power tools.
+ Read and interpret simple mechanical blueprints for accurate work execution.
+ Ensure adherence to safety practices while working with aluminum dust and moving abrasive belts.

+ Strong math skills with basic addition and subtraction.
