Job Description
Job Duties:
- Supervising Cleaning Operations: Overseeing and coordinating the activities of sanitation staff to ensure all areas are cleaned according to schedule and standards.
- Training and Development: Training new employees on proper sanitation procedures, safety protocols, and the use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Quality Control: Conducting inspections and quality checks to ensure cleanliness meets regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitoring and ordering supplies, such as cleaning agents, equipment, and protective gear, to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Scheduling: Creating work schedules, assigning tasks, and coordinating coverage to ensure sanitation needs are met without interruption.
