Description

  • Lead execution of highways, railways, and water projects
  • Develop micro/macro schedules, track milestones
  • Guide Project Managers, Engineers, Safety & QA/QC staff
  • Ensure optimal use of manpower, plant & machinery
  • Generate/analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Engage with NHAI, MoRTH, Railways, and consultants
  • Enforce HSE standards, SOPs, and quality protocols
  • Maximize uptime and availability of machinery
  • Anticipate delays/legal risks and resolve swiftly
  • Monitor deliverables, billing accuracy, and timeliness
