SAP ABAP- Consultant/ S con / Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced SAP ABAP Consultant/Senior Consultant/Manager to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom ABAP programs that enhance our clients' SAP functionalities and improve their business processes.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and develop technical specifications for ABAP programming needs.
• Design and implement custom solutions, including reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms (smart forms and Adobe forms).
• Perform debugging and troubleshooting to resolve programming issues and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to ensure proper integration of ABAP developments with business processes.
• Participate in unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP ABAP advancements and best practices to ensure optimal solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior ABAP consultants, sharing knowledge and fostering professional development.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP programming.
• Strong knowledge of ABAP Workbench, data dictionary, and object-oriented ABAP programming.
• Experience with various SAP modules and integration points (SD, MM, PP, FI/CO).
• Familiarity with performance tuning techniques and debugging tools (ST05, SE30).
• Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA and its implications for ABAP development.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in teams.

Preferred Skills:

• SAP certification in ABAP development.
• Experience with SAP Fiori and UI5 development.
• Knowledge of modern development practices, including DevOps and Agile methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused attitude.
