Job Description
**Responsibilities:**
+ Collaborate daily with the China AMS Support Team to address ABAP requirements
+ Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP ABAP issues
+ Develop and implement ABAP solutions as needed
+ Participate in both support and development activities for Life Sciences projects
+ Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests
+ Document technical solutions and maintain knowledge base
+ Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
+ Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes
+ Maintain compliance with organizational standards and best practices
**Qualifications and Skills:**
+ 6+ years of experience in SAP ABAP support and development roles
+ Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking ability is mandatory)
+ Experience with RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, ...
