Role Overview

The SAP Development Lead oversees all SAP custom development initiatives, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and scalable solutions across ABAP, Fiori/UI5, and integration layers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of developers delivering custom solutions across SAP modules.
  • Define development standards, code review processes, and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into technical designs.
  • Manage performance optimization, transport management, and release planning.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers and coordinate offshore teams.
  • Support technical design for integrations, extensions, and enhancements.
