Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise for planning, analysis, and delivery of SAP solutions.
  • Develop, enhance, and support ABAP Workbench objects.
  • Customize SAP HCM schemas, rules, and wage types.
  • Integrate packaged technology effectively into clients' business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
  • Contribute to pre-sales and internal practice development initiatives.

Must-Have Skills:

  • ABAP Workbench development
  • SAP Customization: Schemas and Rules
  • Strong OOP / ABAP and software engineering principles
  • SAP Data Dictionary, Reports, and Forms (SmartForms, SAPScript, Adobe Forms)

Should-Have Skills:

  • SAP HCM Modules: Personnel Administration & Payroll Accounting
  • SAP Customization: Wage Types
  • Proficiency in SQL Databases
