Job Description

Our Company is looking for a SAP Basis Administrator.

The figure will be partof the ICT department, in particular in the ERP Infrastructure team, and will be responsible for optimizing, monitoring and configuring the SAP RISE Environments in line with business requirements.

Main Activities

  • SAP Basis Administration including analysis of the SAP system log, monitoring of processes, analysis system health, logs, and performance metrics.

  • Perform daily checks on system and interfaces and keeps business processes running. Analyze runtime errors, dumps, and logs.

  • Manage overall SAP notes implementations and drive Technical SAP incidents to resolution

  • Work to resolve day to day technical issues troubleshooting and monitoring of SAP provided services and ensuring the availability of the services

  • Manage printer and spool administration

  • Manage SAP Early Watch Alert and SAP Basis OSS Notes governance

  • Acts as a point of reference for collaboration with other IT teams, network infrastructure, functional, and application teams

  • Manage user roles and authorization

  • Manage BTP system and related cloud services 

    • Requirements

  • A passionate and positive attitude is essential.

  • 3+ years experience in SAP BASIS Administrator role

  • Experience in SAP on cloud platforms and with Windows Server Systems

  • Familiar with SAP S4 HANA environment and Public Cloud Providers (AWS and GCP)

  • SAP Certification would be a plus

  • Good knowledge of the English language

  • Availability for national or international travel

  • Good interpersonal skills for interacting with team members and customers
