Strong understanding of CMC Web Intelligence Crystal Reports and Universe Design Tool UDTIDT
Familiarity with Windows Server Tomcat WebSphere and relational databases Oracle SQL Server
Proficiency in troubleshooting server logs report failures and performance bottlenecks
Experience with LDAPAD integration and SSO configuration
Need to work in 247 L2 Support model
Should have meticulous and detailed problem solving skills
Excellent Analytical Communication Reporting Skills
Should have experience working in ITIL Process ServiceNow Control or equivalent
