Description:
- Hands on experience with SAP BO platform administration
- Strong understanding of CMC Web Intelligence Crystal Reports and Universe Design Tool UDTIDT
- Familiarity with Windows Server Tomcat WebSphere and relational databases Oracle SQL Server
- Proficiency in troubleshooting server logs report failures and performance bottlenecks
- Experience with LDAPAD integration and SSO configuration
- Need to work in 247 L2 Support model
- Should have meticulous and detailed problem solving skills
- Excellent Analytical Communication Reporting Skills
- Should have experience working in ITIL Process ServiceNow Control or equivalent
