Sap advanced business application programming consultant

Role: SAP HR ABAP – Senior Consultant
Experience: 9–12 Years
Shift: 2 PM – 11 PM IST
Location: Hybrid (Hyderabad, Mumbai, Gurgaon, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Pune, Chennai)
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms) using SAP ABAP HR
- Work on SAP HCM and Success Factors integrations, especially employee and payroll data flow
- Develop and enhance custom Infotypes and HR-related ABAP solutions
- Build and support interfaces between Success Factors and SAP Payroll (ECC/ECP)
- Ensure developments follow SAP best practices and coding standards
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP HR / HCM
- Good understanding of PA, OM, PT, and Payroll modules
- Experience with Success Factors integration and employee data replication
- Knowledge of Enhancements, User Exits, BAd Is, and OOABAP (ABAP 7.4+)
