Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: § OO ABAP a strong conceptual Experience. § Expertise in creating ABAP Data dictionary Objects § Development experience in BAPI § Strong experience in RICEFW (Reports, Interface, Conversions, Exit, Forms and Workflow) § Hands-on in Enhancements (BADI and Exit) § Hands-on in SAP Conversion programs like BDCs, LSMW etc § Hands-on in Scripts, Smart forms and Adobe forms § Hands-on in User exits, customer exits and enhancement framework § Knowledge on Module pool programming § Ability to do provide performance analysis and prerequisites § Ability to understand the functional requirements directly from Users/Clients and translate them to technical specifications

Good-to-Have:§ Adequate knowledge of translating functional requirements into detailed technical specification design and deep knowledge of level 2 support and enhancement activities. § Good Communication and Presentation Skills. § Overview of different SAP Functional Modules e.g. SD,MM,FI ,PP, …etc
