- The SAP Cross Application Analyst will play an important role in ensuring smooth day to day support of the MAHLE’s SAP environment for Cross Application task and monitoring.- Your Role & Responsibilities:
- SAP ERP monitoring.
- Supporting for tools such as SAP ERP, SAP Solution Manager, Job Scheduling, authorization processing and system errors.
- Resolving problems, incidents and analysis.
- Documentation of errors, problems and solutions.
- Evaluating (in the first instance) the impact of defects and problems.
- Providing required data for use by those carrying out investigations.
- Authorization role creation for new locations or organizational changes.
