SAP Ariba Functional Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support SAP Ariba modules including:
- Ariba Buying & Invoicing (B&I)
- Ariba Sourcing
- Ariba Contracts
- Ariba Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP)
- Ariba Guided Buying
- Design and optimize end‑to‑end Source‑to‑Pay (S2 P) / Procure‑to‑Pay (P2 P) processes.
- Gather business requirements and perform gap analysis.
- Translate business requirements into SAP Ariba functional designs.
Integration & Technical Responsibilities
- Configure integration between SAP Ariba and:
- SAP ECC
- SAP S/4 HANA
- SAP CPI / CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway)
- Manage master data integration (vendors, materials, GL, cost centers).
- Support testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.
- Troubleshoot integration and transactional issues across systems.
Implementation & Support
- Participate in full lifecycle SAP Ariba implementations (Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy).
- Configure workflows, approval rules, and compliance controls.
- Support go‑live activities and post‑production stabilization.
- Provide production support and continuous improvement initiatives.
