Role & Responsibilities:

  • Identify, understand, and define customer needs, objectives, and business requirements to propose the best-fit solutions
  • Guide clients end-to-end using expertise in SAP Ariba standards and best practices in procurement
  • Facilitate requirements gathering, design, and gap analysis workshops to determine the optimal SAP solution
  • Experience working with SAP Procurement modules through ECC, S4/HANA, and Ariba platforms
  • Maintain functional documentation and ensure smooth knowledge transfer related to responsibilities
