    This is a challenging and exciting opportunity to support the core application of SAP Ariba. As part of IM Services Functional Application support team, you will play a key role in ensuring user satisfaction, incident management, engage with key users to meet business needs in SAP Ariba and related technologies.


    In your future role as SAP Ariba Specialist you will

  • Provide operational support for SAP Ariba and related applications, ensuring the integrity of the production environment

  • Support incident management, ensuring systems are up and running by resolving application related tickets

  • Administer SAP Ariba configurations and monitor interfaces between Ariba and SAP ECC

  • Lead application enhancements, support change management processes, and collaborate on project execution with business stakeholders.

  • Engage with key users for training and feedback, ensuring seamless system operation

    • Funcional Area:

  • Strategic sourcing modules: SLP, Sourcing, Contracts

  • P2P:guided Buying, Ariba Buying, Commerce Automation

  • SAP Ariba Network: all documents including electronic invoices

  • SAP Ariba CIG / Cloud Integration Gateway (basics)

  • SAP Ariba work experience of 7+ years and SAP experience 

    • We believe you bring

  • Bachelor or Master degree in relevant field or equivalent experience

  • Experience in SAP Ariba, with over 7 years of hands on experience in supporting Ariba modules such as Strategic Sourcing, P2P and Ariba Network

  • Work proficiency in English (speaking and writing)

  • Strong knowledge in SAP Ariba, SAP MM, PM, FI and CO nodules with integration knowledge across business applications

  • ITIL, Cobit or CMM certifications are highly preferred

    • Great if you have 

  • Familiarity with SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG)

  • Experience with automation initiatives and seller integrations system
