Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with business users to gather, analyze, and document requirements for SAP B1 processes.
Configure and customize SAP B1 modules to align with business needs.
Provide end-to-end support for SAP B1 implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
Collaborate with technical teams to design and deploy add-ons, integrations, and reports.
Conduct functional testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth system operations.
Deliver user training, prepare functional documentation, and support change management.
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical developers to ensure effective solutions.
Required Skills (Simplified)
SAP B1 modules & business processes
SAP B1 SDK (UI API, DI API), C#, SQL
Crystal Reports
API integrations (REST/SOAP)
Strong problem-solving & debugging
Experience: 4+ years
