Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with business users to gather, analyze, and document requirements for SAP B1 processes.
- Configure and customize SAP B1 modules to align with business needs.
- Provide end-to-end support for SAP B1 implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and deploy add-ons, integrations, and reports.
- Conduct functional testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth system operations.
- Deliver user training, prepare functional documentation, and support change management.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical developers to ensure effective solutions.

- Crystal Reports
