Job Description

The IT Support Engineer provides first- and second-line technical support to ensure the reliable operation of IT systems, applications, and end-user devices. This role focuses on efficient incident resolution, system maintenance, and supporting overall business productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and user issues
  • Install and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
  • Resolve incidents and service requests; elevate when required
  • Maintain tickets, documentation, and asset records

Requirements

  • Experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / Desktop Support
  • Knowledge of Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITIL processes
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Relevant certifications are a plus
