Job Summary
Arcelor Mittal is looking for SAP Basis Analyst(s) with 2–4 years of experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4 HANA environments, with the following databases: HANA DB, Oracle, ASE, and operating systems AIX/Linux, working in close collaboration and deep partnership with internal and external IT teams.
The scope of responsibilities will be Arcelor Mittal Flat Europe SAP support in complex and critical SOX SAP environments.
Key Knowledge Background and Responsibilities
- Manage the relationship between SAP Application teams and external providers
- Keep track of projects, demands, and incidents
- Escalate issues to external providers and follow up on resolution
- Coordinate with all stakeholders when required by projects and major changes
