Job Description

  • Monitors the availability of all SAP instances and application servers to ensure all SAP systems runs within the agreed SLA (availability, performance and security)
  • Review operating system logs, system logs, and error logs to identify and troubleshoot issues.
  • Develop and maintain continual improvement plans 
  • Checks the status and load of SAP work processes to identify performance bottlenecks
  • Monitoring and executing projects to ensure delivery is according to scope, budget and timeline
  • Managing stakeholders and 3rd parties to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services
  • Responsible for project administration, execution and production of project documentation/plans
  • Monitor and manage background jobs, ensuring they run as scheduled and troubleshoot any issues
  • Acknowledgement / Cleaning of alert logs
  • Cleaning/ archiving of transport logs/ import queues
