SAP Basis Consultant

• Perform SAP Basis administration across ECC, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, Solution Manager, and other SAP components.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and migrate SAP systems (including HANA and non-HANA).
• Perform HANA database administration: backup & recovery, performance tuning, monitoring, and security.
• Manage system refreshes, client copies, transports, kernel upgrades, and patching.
• Monitor system health and performance using SAP tools (ST22, ST06, SM21, SM50/51, HANA Studio, etc.).
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery setup for SAP HANA systems (HADR).
• Troubleshoot performance issues across Basis, OS, DB, and Network layers.
• Work with cross-functional teams for change management, issue resolution, and system enhancements.
• Support SAP security configurations and user administration.
• Participate in on-call rotation for production support.
