Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Responding to and resolving user ticket. Experience in managing SLA.
2 Hands-on experience with SAP on Oracle. Perform oracle administration task.
3 Hands-on experience with SAP on Linux with HA concepts
4 Perform SAP software installation, upgrades, applying support packages, system copies/refreshes and installation add-on software components
5 Maintain the multiple SAP instances that comprise the SAP environment (development, test, training and production)
6 Monitor SAP systems (work processes, users, system logs, short dumps, locks, developer traces, system traces, disk space, etc.). SAP Performance management.
7 Manager interfaces and 3rd connectivity to SAP
8 Configure and manage SAP printers
9 Hands-on experience in Managing JAVA stack.
10 Solution manager configuration & Maintenance
