We are seeking an experienced SAP Customer Delivery Manager to lead large and complex customer engagements, ensuring successful delivery of SAP projects and operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management, technical understanding of SAP landscapes, and excellent customer engagement skills to manage multi-party initiatives in global environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement Management: Lead and manage large SAP customer projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and successful delivery outcomes.
- Project Planning & Execution: Plan, execute, and monitor SAP projects, including cloud, hybrid, and on-premises operations, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence.
- Technical & Infrastructure Oversight: Provide technical guidance on SAP landscapes, virtualized systems, and cloud infrastructure to support project and operational requirements.
