Job Description

  • Strong experience with SAP Enterprise Cloud Services, SAP S/4HANA, or SAP cloud landscapes
  • Solid understanding of SAP Basis, infrastructure, cloud operations, and system architecture
  • Experience in customer engagement, service management, or technical account management
  • Knowledge of ITIL-based service delivery and incident/problem/change management
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities in a fast-paced cloud environment
