Role: SAP BASIS L3
Experience Range: 10-16 yrs
Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad
Education: Minimum 15 years of full time education (10th, 12th and Graduation)
Job Description:
· Knowledge of ECC 6.0, SAP NETWEAVER 7.5, 7.3 and Solution Manager 7.2 : Installation, upgrade (release and version) and troubleshooting
· Knowledge of client copies and system copies – both performing the task and troubleshooting issues
· Knowledge of SAP Webdispatcher, Cloud connector, BOBJ/ DS – installation, upgrade, and troubleshooting
· Working knowledge of S4 HANA – conversion, migration, upgrade - troubleshooting issues
· Working knowledge of SSL/SSO setup - certificate installation and renewal - troubleshooting issues
· Working/ intermediate knowledge of HA and DR setup and testing
· Working knowledge of HANA and Sybase ASE Database administration. Installation and upgrade of DB and client
· Basic knowledge of products like SAP Convergent charging, Convergent mediation, Open Text, HANA XSA etc., - troubleshooting issues
·Basic knowledge of OS administration – Linux and Windows
· Experience in cloud operations – private and public clouds
· Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
· Ability to handle customer calls and independently coordinate between various support teams
