SAP-Services team is responsible for building & managing SAP platforms, including platform architecture/design, SAP-Basis delivery, HANA databases , logistics, platform compliance, production stability etc. across all SAP landscapes across the bank,

your role will require SAP Basis/HANA SME hands-on (together project co-ordination) expertise to support various projects of implementation, migrations, upgrade/updates , HANA activities, engineering , tools adoption, refreshes, optimizations etc. and foster a strong L3 layer ensuring prod/platform stability and smooth operations.

    • Your key responsibilities

  • Hands-on SAP Basis/HANA SME support, Feasibility assessment/recommendations and Technical co-ordination of activities like
  • SAP migrations, upgrades/updates, implementation projects, Cloud Migrations/adoptions, HANA activities.
  • Regular requirements like Refreshes, tools/plug-ins adoption/updates/replacement, HANA partitioning/optimizations,
  • L3 ownership towards Production stability, BAU, critical prod issues, performance optimizations.
  • Stakeholder management, project co-ordination/mgmt.
  • Documentation, Change management processes
  • Hands-on at service now/Jira tools for clocking changes, INCs , stories , tasks etc.
  • Audit management
  • Incident management, problem management.

    • Your skills and experience

  • SAP Basis / HANA strong Expertise across SAP upgrade, migration, installation , cloud migration / adoption, production stability, performance issues/optimizations
  • Project management expertise , requirement gathering,
  • Stakeholder management
  • SAP Basis, Infra, Logistics, architecture, designing, sizing
  • OS - UNIX, Windows ,
  • Cloud – GCP
  • Database - Oracle , HANA
  • Project Management experience incl. tools (JIRA, Sharepoint, Confluence) beneficial
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders and multiple internal teams
