Job Summary: SAP Basis Senior Consultant to manage and guide a team of 10–15 L1 & L2 consultants across shifts. The role involves end-to-end SAP Basis administration, team leadership, and operational excellence in a 24x7 environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage shift operations for a team of 10–15 SAP Basis consultants
  • Deliver SAP Basis support across S/4HANA, Business Suite, EWM, and associated landscapes
  • Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, transport management (ChaRM/CTMS)
