 Position Summary

  • System Monitoring and Support:
  • Perform comprehensive monitoring and proactive support for critical SAP systems, including HANA, SLT, Fiori, and OneSource.
  • Ensure the high availability and smooth operation of the entire SAP landscape.
  • System Maintenance and Upgrades:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute Support Package (SP-level) and add-on upgrades for a wide range of SAP software. This includes systems running on NetWeaver ABAP/JAVA stacks, ERP ECC, BI, HANA, BIA, SLT, NWDI, Solution Manager, PI, BOB, iXOS/OpenText, OneSource, and BSI.
  • Manage and support the monitoring and upgrading of underlying database platforms.
  • Database Management and Performance:
  • Conduct performance monitoring and in-depth troubleshooting for various database environments, specifically SAP HANA, Oracle, and SQL databases.
