SAP BASIS with GRC Consultant
Location: Noida (5 days office)
Shift hour: Night Shift (08:00pm to 05:00am IST)
Job type: Full time

Must Have: S/4 Hana
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP BASIS with GRC Consultant to manage SAP system administration along with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) activities. The role involves ensuring SAP system stability, security, access control, and regulatory compliance across the SAP landscape.
Key Responsibilities
SAP BASIS Administration
- Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems (ECC and/or S/4 HANA)
- Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
- Manage transports, system refreshes, and client administration
- Apply SAP kernel upgrades, support packs, and SAP notes
- Support SAP upgrades, migrations, and S/4 HANA conversions
SAP Security & GRC
- Configure and support SAP GRC modules, especially:
- Access Control (AC)
- Risk Analysis and Remediation (RAR)
- Access Request Management (ARM)
- Emergency Access Management (EAM / Firefighter)
- Design and maintain roles, authorizations, and profiles
- Perform So D (Segregation of Duties) analysis and remediation
- Manage user provisioning, role approvals, and access workflows
- Support audit activities and compliance reporting
Risk, Compliance & Controls
- Implement and enforce SAP security policies and best practices
- Apply SAP security patches and vulnerability fixes
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, and other regulatory requirements
Integration & Support
- Integrate GRC with SAP ECC/S/4 HANA and other SAP systems
- Work with functional and technical teams to resolve authorization issues
- Provide L2/L3 support for BASIS and security-related incidents
- Maintain technical and security documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- 4+ years of experience in SAP BASIS administration
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control
- Expertise in SAP security, roles, and authorization concepts
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4 HANA systems
- Knowledge of SAP HANA administration is preferred
