Candidate should have experience data conversion projects and should have understanding on data conversion processes

Candidate should have good analytical Skills and defect resolution ability.

Candidate should have good knowledge on RDBMS, SQL concepts and 2-3 years of hands-on experience.

Candidate should have good excel knowledge.

Good to have SAP BODS ETL skills and hands on experience.

Good to have basic understanding on HR processes Success factor people connect(employee central)

Roles/Responsibilities:

Should be able to understand the requirements and communicate well with business key people for requirements clarification.

Should be able to build conversion logic.

Should be able to build the validation and reconciliation logic.

Should be able to work on weekends or shift wherever necessary.

Should be able to understand overall Data conversion process and defect resolution ability.
