We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Senior Developer with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), FIORI, and ABAP . The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of hands-on SAP development experience and a proven ability to design, develop, and integrate advanced SAP solutions within the BTP ecosystem.

In this role, you will contribute to high-impact development initiatives, optimize SAP landscapes, and support digital transformation programs by leveraging modern SAP technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions in SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP , focusing on innovation, performance, and scalability.
• Develop and customize SAP FIORI applications to enhance user experience and UI functionality.
• Perform ABAP development for backend enhancements, reports, interfaces, workflows, and data migrations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in the end-to-end project lifecycle , including design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Optimize existing SAP applications and systems to improve performance and maintainability within the BTP environment.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
• Ensure high-quality code delivery through code reviews , adherence to best practices, and development standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP S/4HANA, FIORI, ABAP, and BTP .
• Stay current with the latest SAP innovations and continuously drive improvements in development practices.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Required

• 7+ years of experience in SAP development with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, BTP, FIORI, and ABAP .
• Extensive experience in custom development within SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Proven hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) for application development and integrations.
• Strong experience in SAP FIORI/UI5 application development and customization.
• Advanced knowledge of ABAP , including reports, enhancements, interfaces, and data migration.
• Experience with SAP HANA , SAP Cloud Platform, and integration technologies such as OData and REST APIs .
• Solid understanding of SAP integration patterns and middleware tools such as SAP PI/PO and SAP CPI .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in Agile or other modern delivery models .
• Ability to work in a hybrid work environment (office and remote).

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP certifications in S/4HANA, FIORI, or SAP BTP .
• Experience deploying and managing applications on SAP Cloud Platform .
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and S/4HANA migration approaches .
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines in SAP environments.
