SAP BTP Datasphere Support Lead

Job description: The SAP Data Sphere & SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) AMS Support Engineer is responsible for ensuring smooth operation, maintenance, and optimization of SAP Data Sphere (formerly SAP Data Warehouse Cloud) and SAC environments. The role involves incident management, root-cause analysis, performance tuning, data pipeline monitoring, and user support across business domains. The engineer works closely with business users, functional teams, and data engineers to maintain availability, reliability, and performance of the analytics ecosystem. Responsibilities: Monitor and Maintain: Ensure smooth operation of SAP Data Sphere dataflows, connections, and SAC dashboards; perform daily health checks and resolve performance or data latency issues. Incident & Problem Management: Handle L2/L3 support tickets, perform root cause analysis, and document fixes and knowledge articles.
