About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SAP BTP Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and operating cloud-based applications on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). As part of a DevOps team, you will drive innovation, ensure high-quality delivery, and support our agile way of working. Your tasks Develop and operate full stack cloud applications within a DevOps team, including UI, frontend & backend logic, database modeling, and authorization concepts. Evaluate and leverage SAP BTP services to design scalable, maintainable solutions. Drive quality and best practices within our software engineering community by providing innovative approaches and improvements. Apply agile principles such as CI/CD, test-driven development, and design-driven development in day-to-day work. Qualifications
Strong understanding of SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP). Hands-on experience with SAP BTP Cloud Foundry, SAP UI5, and/or Fiori Elements in Agile/DevOps environments. Proficiency in Node.js and/or Java, along with OData expertise. Required skills in: Business Application Studio (BAS) or Visual Studio Code HANA DB as a Service on BTP XSUAA Service Destination Service Preferred skills in: Launchpad Service (Integration) Event Mesh Workflow Management API Management CI/CD Service on Azure DevOps University degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in full stack or cloud application development. Strong communication skills, service- and solution-oriented mindset, and analytical capabilities. Eagerness to learn new technologies and share knowledge with peers. Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
