Sap Btp Solution Architect

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP BTP Solution Architect to lead the design, prototyping, and implementation of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) solutions. The role will focus on leveraging SAP Build and related BTP services to streamline Project Systems approval and automated creation processes. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong business process knowledge and the ability to engage stakeholders in designing scalable, user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business processes related to Project Systems approval and creation.

· Solution Design: Translate business requirements into robust technical designs, including data modeling, integration architecture, and system interfaces.

· Workflow Mapping: Develop detailed process flows outlining approval steps, automation logic, and exception handling for Project Systems.

· Prototyping: Build mockups and prototypes using SAP Build and other BTP services to validate solution designs and gather feedback from business users.

· Technical Leadership: Provide architectural guidance on SAP BTP services such as Workflow, Integration Suite, CAP (Cloud Application Programming), and SAP Build Apps.

· Integration: Ensure seamless connectivity between SAP S/4HANA, BTP services, and third-party applications.

· Governance & Best Practices: Define standards for solution design, security, and performance optimization across the BTP landscape.

Required Qualifications

· 12+ years of SAP experience, with at least 5+ years in SAP BTP architecture and solution design.

· Hands-on experience with SAP Build (Apps, Work Zone, and Process Automation).

· Strong understanding of SAP Project Systems (PS) processes and integration points with Finance/Controlling (FICO).

· Proficiency in workflow design, approval processes, and automation frameworks.

· Experience with integration technologies (OData, APIs, SAP CPI/Integration Suite).

· Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical designs into business terms.

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Preferred Skills

· Experience with S/4HANA implementations or migrations.
