Sap Business Warehouse Consultant

The SAP Business Warehouse AMS (Application Management Services) Support specialist is responsible for providing ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP BW systems within the organization. This role ensures the smooth operation of business-critical reporting and analytics solutions, collaborates with business users to resolve incidents, and implements changes to meet evolving business needs.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests related to SAP BW applications.
• Perform routine maintenance activities, including data loads, process chains, and system health checks.
• Analyze and optimize BW queries, reports, and data models to enhance performance and user experience.
• Support integration with other SAP modules (e.g., ECC, S/4HANA) and external data sources.
• Proficiency in SAP BW architecture, modeling, and administration.
• Experience with incident management tools and ITIL processes is a plus.
