Required Skillset: Proven hands-on expertise with SAP BW on HANA or BW/4HANA, including data modelling, process chains, delta extraction, and data reconciliation.

Job Description:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver L2/L3 AMS support for SAP BW, BW on HANA, and BW/4HANA environments.
  • Monitor and support key system components, including process chains, data loads, delta management, InfoPackages, and Data Transfer Processes (DTPs).
  • Resolve production incidents, address data mismatches and manage load failures within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions to recurring issues.
