Overview
The SAP C4C Functional will be responsible for the overall design, configuration, implementation and support of SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) solutions including Sales, Service, and integration with SAP ERP/S4 or other third‑party systems. This role ensures that business requirements are translated into efficient, scalable, and best‑practice C4C solutions that align with the organization’s digital transformation roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the implementation and support of the SAP C4C solution to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into appropriate C4C system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
- Lead solution architecture discussions, defining functional and technical design documents.
